What is the return policy of your shop?
- You can bring back a product for exchange, within 20 days from purchase day.
- The return will be accepted, if the packaging remains intact. Products that have been unsealed, cannot be returned.
- Due to the Covid-19 virus and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that can be used from the mouth (usually toothers, infant plush toys, whistles and similar). However, sealed products can be returned.
- You cannot return a product for money. The price of the toy returned should be equal or less than the price of the product(s) you will get
- We do not issue credit notes or gift vouchers for returned products
Do you have gift vouchers?
- Yes, we have vouchers.
- Vouchers are valid 1 (one) year
- Vouchers are valid any time of the year; even in sales periods.
- Vouchers cannot be given for returned products
- Vouchers are available at any price you want
Do you refund money?
- Never.
- In case you want to return something back, you will need to purchase something else of the same or higher value.
- We do not issue Gift Vouchers or credit notes for returned products.
Do you issue credit notes?
- No, the shop cannot issue credit notes.

Can I book a product to buy later (backorder)?
- Partly, you can
- You cannot book a product to buy it later without partial prepayment
- Prepayment is calculated on 30% of the total price of the product(s) you wish to book
- To prepay you have to come from our Limassol shop. Please call us at 25336174 for more options
- Prepayments are not returned in case you change your mind about back ordering a product.
- In the occasion you want to buy and fully pay a product but wish to have it later on, you can come to our Limassol shop and pay for it and we keep it until you decide you need it.You can also buy it from our e-shop and select the option “Pick up from shop”, during checkout.
Do you wrap your toys at your shop?
- Of course we do, for free.
- We have an excellent quality wrapping paper
- The toys are always put in excellent quality and design paper bags, which we give for free. This ensures you will be able to offer your present in style!
- In the occasion you buy small gifts in big quantities and need bags for each one of them, our paper bags cost €0.15 (envelope bag), €0.20 (small size), €0.30 (big size).
I want to create a gift list. How do I do it? And how do I benefit?
- First, you need to visit our shop in Limassol, select the items you want to be inserted in your Gift List and sign the necessary papers.
- We then keep your selected items of your Gift List for 7 working days.
- Within this period, tell your guests to come and ask to see the items from your list so they can choose which item(s) to buy
- If the total amount purchased from your Gift List, exceeds the amount of €170 by the expiration of the list (7 working days from the day you signed it), you win for FREE a Zooblock Membership with 10% discount on your purchases for 12 months!
- You will be very pleased to know that by creating a gift list, you have a lot of benefits.
- First of all, you get a FREE upgrade of your membership, to Zooblock Membership, having 10% discount on your purchases for 12 months.
- You make sure you get the toys you would like for your children
- Your guests will be also happy to know that they don’t have to worry about which present to choose for your children
- To make it easier for you to tell them to shop from your gift list, they can buy the toys you selected with a 10% discount!
- You save time returning any toys you already have or don’t need.

What happens if I register as a member at your shop?
- It’s free!
- As a basic (free) member, you get 5% discount on your purchases.
- Products already on sale or special offers are excluded from the discount you are allowed

- By becoming a member, you agree that you will be receiving SMS on your phone whenever we have sales, offers or something important to announce.
- Brainkid Toys is obligated to strictly keep your personal data only for the shop’s use. Under no circumstances, will we forward your personal data to any other person or organization.
I am not a member. How do I get all the news regarding sales, offers etc?
- You can sign in to receive newsletters from the top-right side of our website clicking on the Newsletter icon or at the bottom of our homepage.
- You can always LIKE our Facebook page to be informed about all our news, offers etc.
I want to stop receiving your SMS. How do I do it?
- Asking to be removed from our SMS list, means you automatically terminate our agreement for being a Member in our Shop. This means, you are no longer entitled to the basic 5% discount for your purchases (or other offers we have for our members only)
- You can call, free of charge, at 80008901 to be removed from our SMS list.

Where do you deliver and what are the charges?
- We deliver at your home in all urban areas of Cyprus. To see if your postal code is within the areas we can deliver at your home, click HERE
- Home Delivery and Shipments to local Akis Express Offices are FREE for all orders above €50
- For orders less than €50, charges apply. Click here to view charges
- For areas where home delivery is not possible, we send your orders to your nearest Akis Express Offices
- Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all international shipments have been suspended
How long delivery takes?
- Home delivery takes from 2 up to 4 business days.
- Shipments to local Akis Express Offices take from 1 to 2 business days
How are delivery charges calculated?
- The delivery (shipping) charges are based on the total weight and total volume of your order.

What is the return policy for an online purchase?
- If you change your mind about a product you purchased after you received it, you can return this product to our shop within 20 days from purchase day, provided the product remains intact (unopened and sealed)
- If you are a resident outside Limassol, and you wish to send it to our shop, you have to pay any shipping costs required
The product is received is damaged or broken. What do i do?
- If you purchased online a product that is faulty, damaged or broken, you need to return it to our shop for inspection and we will replace it with a new one. Alternatively, you can send it to us via courier and we will send you back a new one. We will cover all courier costs.
I placed an order but I wish to cancel it. Can I get a refund?
- Of course, provided we have not already sent or delivered the package.
- You can call us at 25336174 and your order will be cancelled and you will get a full refund of your payment to your bank account – card you paid from.
- If the order is already sent or delivered, it can still be cancelled and refunded but with extra charges. In this case, you are obligated to return your order as soon as you receive it and pay any costs Brainkid Toys Ltd has paid to send or deliver your order
- Refunds are always done electronically and never in cash.
I registered/bought a membership. How do I get the discount from online shop?
- Once you purchase a membership plan from our online shop, you will receive an email with a coupon code and instructions which you can use to purchase online with the corresponding discount, depending on your membership plan
