Djeco Environmental Policy

Djeco Toys are environmental friendly. Just because recycling is not enough, production uses only the right materials in order to avoid waste, such plastic. The most important contribution of Djeco Toys to the protection of our environment is the production policy that is in full compliance with the FSC certification. FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification guarantees that the wood comes from forests that are responsibly managed. This means that the operations are respectful to the environment, workers’ rights and local communities. Also, for the production of latex, Djeco plants their own rubber trees! FSC certification requires a strict and supervised chain of custody.
