You will be glad to know that we have absolutely no time limit! However, if a product was on special offer and/or canceled, therefor will not be produced again, we cannot accept returns.

Yes, we have vouchers.

Never. In case you want to return something back, you will need to purchase something else of the same or higher value. Vouchers cannot be given for returned products.


You will be very pleased to know that by creating a gift list, you have a lot of benefits. First of all, you get a FREE upgrade of your membership. In addition, you make sure you get the toys you would like for your children, while your guests will be also happy to know that they don’t have to worry about which present to choose for your children, plus they can buy the toys you selected with a 10% discount! Online Shop

Currently we deliver in Cyprus Republic, all EU countries, Norway and Switzerland.


To deliver in Cyprus it takes up to 3 business days. All international deliveries take up to 30 business days, using SAL Method. 

The delivery (shipping) charges are based on the total weight of your order.


We support PayPal method and all local Cyprus card payments. However, we strongly recommend PayPal for maximum security.


If you changed your mind about a product you purchased after you received it, you can return this product to us to our shop. If you want to send it to our shop, you have to pay any shipping costs required.


Of course, provided we have not sent the package. You can call us at (+357) 25336174 or email us and your order will be canceled and you will get a total refund of your order to your account you used to pay. 


Once you purchase a membership or register as a member for our Zooblock or Geoform or Tangram plans, you will receive by email and sms a coupon code which you can use to purchase online with the corresponding discount, depending on your membership plan.
